Kotaku doesn't allow open comments, they don't even have moderated comments. No, they only allow you to comment on their posts if you meet with their approval. Check it:

While I know it is not good form to beat a dead horse, we have another site that has grown tired of "The website that shall not be named", and has offered up a decision to boycott them. Get rid of that Florian Eckhardt clown and suggest Eliza to learn that there are other words in the english language beyond the seven that you are not supposed to say on TV.

Thanks for stopping by Faith, and originally JP and I thought we were the only vocal ones about "the site that shall not be named". I certainly hope you mean your site and not them, since they are officially off my RSS lists and I won't be going directly there.
